INCHANGER COOLING .:

Inchanger and debbycontrol devices are used by the thought of efects of aooling functions on injection systems. To keep the visicosite of oil, cooling of oil tank is supplied by inchanger that is fixid apart the tank. For easier clean up and recycling no U turns are allowed in pipes inside inchanger. Debbycontrol deviced fixid on the system aims to follow up water temperature by taking the recyclation under control at the same time.

CENTRAL GREASING .:

Dozages fixed on each point transfer oil to where they fixed. Process of the oiling system is set up throungh operator pannel according yo the number and time of the clamp open-close motions. Increasing pressure duiring motor run opens its dozage, process oiling and then re-locks again. By this mechanism oiling is automatically done without problems.
The oiling unit used for articulations run with level starters. Machine stops running, calls alert for fault and oil suppl empty warning appears on screen in case the oil tank is empty.
